Accused Me of stealling the app!!!!

This app failed to update from the Apple Store…
Then when I tried to use it again..splashed me with screen that accussed me of pirating the program…NEWS FLASH THE PROGRAM IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO STEAL!!!!!
